PARENTS with prams in Lalor Park will have an easier time reaching their local church hall thanks to State Government-funded upgrades.

Seven Hills state Liberal MP Mark Taylor met members of the St Clement’s Lalor Park Anglican Church last Tuesday to celebrate the opening of the facilities.

The $60,000 upgrade includes a covered outdoor area and a ramp for disabled and pram access to the church hall.

Minister Mark Tough said the facilities, funded through the State Government’s community building partnership program, would increase the capacity for community groups to use the church hall.

“It’s enabled us to make the church a much more … user-friendly facility that can be enjoyed by our church and different groups in the community as well.”
