BLACKTOWN’S newest development in the heart of the city is attracting savvy investors and local first-home buyers.
25 of 181 apartments have been sold in Inspire by Merhis in the first week of sales.
Inspire, located at Second Ave, has 66 one-bedroom aparmtnets and 115 2-bedroom apartments over 19 levels.
The two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms and all apartments come with garages and storage space.
Karlie Hammoud, agent and senior executive at Knight Frank, said the development is attracting a strong response.
“We are booking appointments frequently,” Ms Hammoud said.
“The buyers so far are local buyers from Blacktown and surrounding suburbs. People are seeing the value in the area and are familiar with the fact that Blacktown is becoming a CBD. The location is also a key drawcard, with the apartments being a 100m walk to the train station and ashort stroll to West Point shopping centre,” she said.
Knight Frank says Blacktown is expected to have 14,500 new dwellings, 30,000 new jobs and a population that is expected to double by 2036.
On-site display suite for Inspire by Merhis is located at 29-31 Second Ave, Blacktown, and open every Wednesday to Sunday from 1-4pm.
