Blacktown: Mohammed Ali Nadari charged after allegedly masturbating on train, urinating in police station

A man is facing multiple charges after allegedly masturbating on a train and urinating in a police cell. Here’s the latest.

A western Sydney man has been hit with multiple charges after allegedly urinating in a police cell and masturbating on a train.

Parramatta’s Mohammed Ali Nadari, 47, faced the Blacktown Local Court on Monday, where he was charged with carrying out a sexual act with another without consent, goods in personal custody suspected of being stolen, possessing a prohibited drug, damaging property and entering inclosed land without a lawful excuse.

Documents tendered to the court state on December 27 2024, Nadari was on a train in Mt Druitt in the afternoon when he allegedly pulled out his penis and began to masturbate while staring at a 30-year-old female passenger.

Police will allege Nadari also had 0.1 grams of black tar heroin and a Calvin Klein jacket, which they suspect to have been stolen.

It’s also alleged Nadari entered the Big W at Westpoint in Blacktown without permission, with police arresting and taking him to Blacktown Police Station.

While in police custody, it’s alleged Nadari intentionally damaged the prison dock by urinating, forcing forensic cleaners to come in and sanitise the area.

Nadari faced the Blacktown Local Court on Monday, where he didn’t apply for and remains on remand.

His next court appearance will be on March 6.
