The distressed family of two missing sisters have made a desperate plea to the community to help find their “beautiful girls”.

There are concerns for the welfare and safety of Daniella, 7 and Indianna, 5, who were last seen at their Kidman Park address around 11am on Saturday according to SA Police.

Stepmother, Stephanie Mende, has pleaded with anyone who could help locate the missing girls to come forward, on behalf of their father Brodie and family.

“Worried is an understatement, I’m scared,” Ms Mende told 7News.

“It’s not even about how I feel, how are the kids feeling (and) what are they going through right now … that’s what we need to know,” she said.

SA Police are seeking public assistance to track down the missing western suburbs sisters, who were believed to be in the company of their mother.

Ms Mende claimed the girls were on a four-hour supervised visit on Saturday morning with their mother, but never returned from the visit.

“This is the scariest thing any parent could ever go through. This is the most concerning and worried state we’ve ever been in,” Ms Mende told 9 News.

On the day they went missing, Daniella who has waist-length dark hair, was last seen wearing a Minnie Mouse long sleeved dress.

Indianna, who has long blonde hair, was last seen wearing a Minnie Mouse T-shirt and multi-coloured, sparkly leggings.

Ms Mende also posted two pictures of the missing girls on Facebook, in hopes of accelerating the urgent search to find them.

“These two beautiful girls are my daughters! We need everyone’s help and support finding Daniella and Indianna,” the post read.

“If you even think you may know please contact me, Brodie or SAPOL. Everyone please help get my babies around so we can get them home safely.”

Anyone who spots the girls or has information on their whereabouts is asked to contact the police assistance line immediately on 131 444.
