The Daily Telegraph‘s urban affairs reporter, Lachlan Leeming, started his career as a cadet journalist in Taree, before moving on to Kempsey and Maitland and is passionate about rural and regional issues.

“With so many of our readers based in the regions, it‘s great to have that rural connection, as well as that understanding about the issues that matter to them,” he said.
