Four injured, including two seriously, in crash at Abergowrie

Four people were injured in a single-vehicle crash in the state’s north yesterday, with two occupants sustaining potentially life-threatening wounds.

Four people were injured in a single-vehicle crash in the state’s north on Saturday, with two occupants sustaining significant injuries.

At around 5.56pm, a vehicle with two adults and two children crashed on Broadwater Forest Rd at Abergowrie, north of Ingham.

A young boy was taken to Ingham Hospital after receiving potentially life-threatening head and facial injuries in the accident.

A second occupant, a woman, was also taken to Ingham Hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.

The other two occupants of the vehicle, a man and a young girl, sustained minor injuries.
