Fourth man in a week drowns at Moonee Beach
A Swiss national, 60, has drowned at Moonee Beach on the NSW mid-north coast, in the same week another three men in the one family also drowned there.
A Swiss national, 60, has drowned at Moonee Beach, on the NSW mid-north coast, in the same week three other men in the one family also drowned there, police have confirmed.
Paramedics and lifeguards got the call of man missing in the water at the unpatrolled beach just north of Coffs Harbour at 12.25pm.

Soon afterwards, a group of about five people on the beach pulled the unconscious man from the surf and began CPR until paramedics arrived.
The man died at the scene.
Four NSW Ambulance road crews and a helicopter responded to the call for help.
On Monday, three relatives — Ghouseuddin Mohammed, 45, Syed Rahath, 35, and Junaid Mohammed, 27 — died when they entered the surf after Ghouseuddin’s three teenage children got caught in a rip about 6pm.
Lifeguards retrieved the two eldest relatives from the surf on Monday evening and Junaid’s body was found by a fishing boat near Port Macquarie yesterday.
