THE Lone Wolf bikie accused of shooting dead former Comanchero boss Mahmoud “Mick” Hawi has been charged with fresh offences after police allegedly found a loaded gun inside “The Toaster” apartment complex at Circular Quay.
Yusuf Guney Nazlioglu, 37, was living in one of the prestigious waterfront apartments when he allegedly carried out the daylight execution of Hawi outside a southern Sydney gym on February 15 this year.
The Daily Telegraph understands police investigating Hawi’s murder recently found a loaded .22 calibre revolver in the airconditioning vents in the carpark at The Toaster, also known as the Bennelong apartments.

It is understood police found the gun during a search warrant at the Macquarie Street complex last month and the results of forensic tests allegedly link the gun to Nazlioglu.
Police are now waiting on ballistic results.
Nazlioglu and another Lone Wolf bikie associate Adam Doudar, 38, both remain in custody charged with Hawi’s murder after they were arrested walking out of a Bexley barber shop in August this year.
Police charged Nazlioglu on Monday with three fresh offences including possessing a prohibited weapon, breaching a firearms prevention order and not keeping a firearm safely.
He is expected appear before Parramatta Local Court on a video screen this afternoon.
Court documents outline how police allege Nazlioglu was the man who shot Hawi repeatedly as he sat in his Mercedes 4WD outside Rockdale Fitness First on February 15.
His DNA and gun residue from the three types of bullet casings found at the scene were later found on a balaclava which was accidentally left in one of the getaway cars, police allege.
Police allege Doudar was helped to mastermind the murder and conducted surveillance on the gym in the lead up to the underworld hit.
The day after Hawi’s murder, Doudar and Nazlioglu were seen at Circular Quay’s prestigious Toaster building, where they were observed going to the gym and carrying shopping bags.
Detectives attached to NSW Police’s Strike Force Amirs have not ruled out in future arrests.
