St Mary’s Catholic College principal Tracy Robinson has praised the efforts of Year 12 students who celebrated their schooling in style at their recent formal.
“I would like to congratulate our Year 12 students on their graduation from SMCC,” Ms Robinson said in the school’s recent newsletter.
“Good luck to our Year 12 graduates as they move to the next stage of their life journey.”
The students had their graduation and award ceremony at their college formal this year to comply with Covid restrictions.
They arrived in an array of classic Australian muscle cars like the Holden Torana SLR5000 and the HR Monaro.
Others chose the vintage T-Ford while some decided the 80s turbos were the way to go.
The ladies adorned themselves in silk, glitter and chiffon while the men mixed up their suits, shoes, ties, and hairstyles, for their last high school hurrah.
