Emergency services are at the scene of a motor vehicle incident which occurred south of Lismore shortly after 7am.
According to the New South Wales Rural Fire Service, the crash was reported to have occurred at Tucki Rd, Marom Creek.
It is understood that one person suffered minor injuries.
At 7.50am the RFS posted the status of the incident was under control.
But drivers using Tucki Rd should advised to take care and allow extra travelling time.
Meanwhile, police are encouraging motorists to be patient over the long weekend, with roads across the state expected to be busy with travellers.
Officers will be stationed across NSW for Operation Queen’s Birthday 2021 between 12am tomorrow (Friday June 11) and midnight Monday, June 14.
Double demerit points will again be in force for speeding, mobile phone, seatbelt and motorcycle/helmet offences.
Police will also continue to target the Four Ds (Drink, Drug, Dangerous and Distracted driving) and are encouraging road users to report these offences.
