A Lismore Heights woman has been accused of harassing a man over the phone before trespassing and assaulting him at a Girards Hill home.
Tayla Julie Egan, 25, appeared before Lismore Local Court on Monday charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, trespassing and using a phone to harass.
She pleaded not guilty to all charges and a hearing date has been set.
Police allege the incident occurred between 10.33-10.40am on February 5 at a Garrard St address.
Egan’s solicitor, Guy Draper, told the court the defence would bring one witness to be cross examined.
Magistrate Michael Dakin will hear evidence on September 26 and decide the guilt or innocence of Egan.
