Kadina High’s Year 12 students have been described as “a resilient group of young people” after overcoming challenges to their studies that emerged with the Covid-19 pandemic.
A message in the school’s final newsletter for 2021 said staff were looking forward to celebrating the major milestone with their students and extended thanks to all the educators and families that had helped shape the lives of the kids over the past 13 years of schooling.
Students were at the Lismore Workers Club on Monday to celebrate their school formal.
The newsletter also stated that staff, students, parents and carers had done an incredible job supporting our students during the Covid stay at home orders and home learning.
“We all look forward to a return to some normality and face-to-face learning on site in the future” the newsletter read.
