Rodney Richard Currie faces six charges after South Grafton crash
The alleged driver from a South Grafton police car chase has faced six charges in court. Here is the latest from the fallout from the crash which left a man in hospital.

Yamba man Rodney Richard Currie has faced six charges in relation to a high speed police pursuit that ended in a two vehicle crash and a power pole being snapped.
Mr Currie, 39, has pleaded not guilty to all six charges.
His charges include driving a vehicle knowing that police were in pursuit and the requirement to stop and failed to do so, driving the vehicle in a manner dangerous to others.
Mr Currie is also charged with driving recklessly, furiously or at speed or in a dangerous manner, driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and driving a vehicle while unlicensed.
A further charge is for driving furiously and causing actual bodily harm to Tyson Randall, the owner of the Queensland registered BMW X5 station wagon.
And the final charge is exceed speed over 45km/h.
Police allege the vehicle was clocked at over 150km/h in a 50km/h zone.
Mr Currie was arrested on Saturday, February 19, after the BMW and a Hyundai Getz collided and then hit a power pole.
Both occupants of the Getz and a second passenger in the BMW walked away uninjured.
Mr Randall, a passenger in the vehicle, was flown to the Gold Coast University Hospital where he was listed as being in a stable condition on Wednesday.
Mr Currie was kept in custody on remand after unsuccessfully applying for bail in Grafton Local Court on Monday.
