Police allege officers saw three men walk out of a Grafton property, one of whom came through a front door carrying several things allegedly taken from inside.

Three men have appeared before Grafton Local Court after being charged over an alleged break-in at a Grafton property.
Joshua Brian Page, Nathan Opie and Wayne Anthony Whitney made applications for bail when they appeared in Grafton Local Court on Tuesday.
It came after police were called to the Villiers Street property just before 1am on Monday to reports someone had broken in.
Coffs-Clarence Police chief inspector Joanne Reid said officers saw two males walking from the premises, and another male exiting from the front door of the premises carrying several items of property.
She said police also found a 26-year-old woman in the driver’s seat of a Toyota ute parked at the front of the property and she was found to be in possession of a prohibited drugs and ammunition.
Mr Opie, 26, who appeared in Grafton Local Court on Tuesday via audiovisual link, was charged with aggravated break and enter of a dwelling in company of less than $60,000 and possession of a prohibited drug.
He was granted bail and agreed to forfeit $5000 if he failed to comply with his bail conditions.

His bail application was refused by magistrate Kathy Crittenden as the charges breached his current bail conditions.
Wayne Anthony Whitney, 34, was charged with aggravated break and enter of a dwelling in company of less than $60,000 and possession of a prohibited drug.
His bail application was also granted and agreed to forfeit $10,000 if he failed comply with strict bail conditions.
All three men are yet to enter a plea.
Inspector Reid said a court attendance notice would be issued to the 26-year-old woman for possessing a prohibited drug and ammunition.
