Brian Maloney, Donna Teague and Lloyd Death charged after raids in Woodenbong and Stockyard Creek
Police have charged three people after simultaneous police raids in northern NSW allegedly uncovered a cannon, guns, drugs and stolen items.

Police have charged three people after police raids at Stockyard Creek and Woodenbong allegedly uncovered a cannon, guns, drugs and stolen items.
Brian Andrew Maloney, Donna Mary Teague, the property owners, and Lloyd Herbert Death faced Grafton Local Court on Wednesday after the raids on Tuesday morning.
Officers from Richmond Police District and Northern Rivers Region Enforcement Squad allegedly found and seized a gun, ammunition and 442g of cannabis leaf at the Lindsay Street, Woodenbong property that Maloney owns.
A raid at Stockyard Creek Rd, Stockyard Creek - that Teague owns - involving officers from Coffs/Clarence Police District, Coffs Harbour RES, State Crime Command Raptor Squad and police dogs allegedly resulted in the seizure of five guns, 14 cannabis plants and 37g of cannabis.
“After executing the search warrant at the Stockyard Creek property, investigators commenced inquiries at an adjacent property where they saw cannabis plants growing,” police stated.
“A crime scene was declared at the property, which was subsequently searched by police.”
It’s alleged officers found four guns, ammo, 223 cannabis plants, 350g of cannabis leaf, “a small cannon”, and a range of stolen vehicles and other items, including a caravan and tractor.
Stockyard Creek woman Teague, 59, has been charged with cultivate prohibited plant, two counts of possess unauthorised firearm, and possess prohibited drug.
Woodenbong man Maloney, 61, has been charged with cultivate prohibited plant, three counts of possess unauthorised firearm, two counts of possess prohibited drug, and possess ammunition without a permit.
Lloyd Herbert Death, 49, was charged with 19 offences, including possess unregistered firearms, four counts of not keep firearm safely, possess ammunition without holding license, supply prohibited drug, cultivate cannabis, three counts of goods suspected stolen, and receive property-theft.
The trio faced Grafton Local Court on Wednesday.
Maloney was granted bail on the condition he live at Woodenbong and report to Kyogle Police Station daily. He was due to face the court again on February 13.
Teague was also granted conditional bail, must live at Stockyard Creek and report to Grafton Police Station daily. She was also due to reappear on February 13.
Death was refused bail to reappear at Grafton Local Court on January 23.
