A 49-year-old Coffs Harbour woman is due to face court in Coffs Harbour on Friday after being arrested and charged with drug offences overnight.

A statement from police says Coffs Harbour officers formed Strike Force Praetoria in October to investigate the supply of drugs between Sydney and Tweed Heads.

Police arrested a 49-year-old woman after stopping a vehicle on the Pacific Highway at North Boambee Valley about 9.45pm on Thursday.

They will allege a search of the woman’s vehicle uncovered 245g of methylamphetamine, 30g of cocaine and $4180 cash.

The woman allegedly returned a positive roadside drug test for ice and cocaine.

She was taken to Coffs Harbour Police Station and subjected to an oral fluid test.

Formal results of that test will be subject to further analysis.

The woman was charged with two counts of supplying an indictable quantity of a prohibited drug, two counts of possessing a prohibited drug, recklessly dealing with the proceeds of crime and have goods in personal custody suspected of being stolen.

The woman was refused bail to face Coffs Harbour Local Court on Friday.

Police said investigations are ongoing.
