Flynn James Saville faces curfew over cocaine charges in Coffs court

The young Coffs Harbour man, who’s been bailed out by his sister and is living under a night-time curfew, is facing a long list of drug supply charges. See what happened when he appeared in court.

A young Coffs Harbour man who’s been bailed out by his sister and is living under a night-time curfew is facing a long list of drug supply charges.

The vast majority of the 42 charges against Flynn James Saville relate to alleged cocaine supply.

The 20-year-old is pleading not guilty to all of the charges and he appeared before Coffs Harbour Local Court on Tuesday, November 1, when his case was adjourned to December 13.

Saville’s sister has posted $5000 bail and he must abide by a 9pm to 6am curfew and not drink alcohol or take drugs.

The charges relate to alleged cocaine supply in the Coffs Harbour area from May through to October this year.

The majority of the cases relate to alleged cocaine supply of amounts less than a small quantity; greater than a small quantity but less than an indictable quantity; and greater than an indictable quantity but less than a commercial quantity.

The alleged cocaine deals ranged from 1 gram through to 9 grams at a time.

Two of the charges relate to the supply of a small amount of methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA).

Saville is also facing four charges of supply a prohibited drug on an ongoing basis (supplying cocaine on three or more separate occasions during a period of 30 days).

The case will return to Coffs Harbour Local Court on December 13.
