Cloudy with a max of 19. Very high (95%) chance of rain, heavy at times. Winds south-westerly 15 to 25 km/h increasing to 25 to 30 km/h in the late afternoon then tending southerly in the late evening.

Surf conditions may be more powerful than they appear and are expected to be hazardous for coastal activities such as rock fishing and swimming.

Jan ‘Joe’ Johansen

April 11, peacefully at Coffs Harbour Health Campus, late of Coffs Harbour, formerly of Port Hedland WA. Much loved husband of beautiful Ellen. Aged 81 years.

A private cremation was held for Jan at Hogbin Drive Crematorium, Stadium Drive, Coffs Harbour.

Mary Elizabeth ‘Betty’ Ford

April 11, 2021, late of Woolgoolga. Besotted and loving wife of 49 years of Henry (dec’d). Devoted best mate of Bert. Loving, firm and fair mother of Peter, Ken, Maurice (dec’d), Kaye and Rodney. A loyal and faithful friend of many. Aged 86 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Betty’s funeral to be held in the chapel of Hogbin Drive Crematorium and Memorial Gardens, Stadium Drive, Coffs Harbour, on Monday April 19 commencing at 10.00am.

Norma Esme Makeham

April 9 2021, peacefully at home in Coffs Harbour Loving wife of Pat (dec’d). Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Terry, Christine (dec’d), Sharon (dec’d) and Jenny and Jason. Much loved nana and grandma of all their children.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Norma’s graveside funeral service to be held in the Coffs Harbour Historic Cemetery, Coffs Harbour on Monday April 19, commencing at 2.00pm.

Norma’s funeral will be livestreamed on Keith Logue and Sons Facebook page.
