A NSW North Coast woman has been charged with breaking and entering with the intention to commit an offence and she allegedly stole some vape fluids, a court has heard.

A NSW North Coast woman has been charged with an array of offences after police allege she broke into a house and damaged a woman’s vape fluids.
Elizabeth Makin, 28, was charged after police allege she broke into a Talofa house, knowing the occupant was at home, and allegedly stole a woman’s vape fluids.
Makin has been charged with an aggravated break and enter with the intention of committing a crime, common assault and destroying or damaging property on February 19, according to police documents tendered to Tweed Heads Local Court.
The case is currently in the charge certification process, and is set for a case conference in the coming weeks.
The case has been adjourned to November 18.
