Connor Walshe, 29, faces court charged with commercial cocaine supply at Ballina

A Ballina man is facing charges he supplied hundreds of grams of cocaine over a lengthy period of time.

Connor Walshe, 29, faced Lismore Local Court on Wednesday charged with supplying a commercial quantity of cocaine, five counts of supplying cocaine and dealing with the proceeds of crime.

Police will allege the Buchanan St resident supplied 336g of cocaine – a commercial quantity – at Ballina between June 1, 2021 and October 14, 2022.

He is further charged with five individual supplies of cocaine of 56g each between August 2021 and October 2022.

When Walshe was arrested on March 8, police allegedly busted him with $14,300 which they will allege is the proceeds of his cocaine dealing.

No pleas have been entered.

Walshe’s lawyers are currently in negotiations with the Department of Public Prosecutions.

His case was adjourned to November 15.
