AN ALLEGED member of a violent bikie gang founded in Europe has been hunted down by elite police after he missed a court appearance over a missing excavator.
Michael Richardson, 30, who police claimed was a member of the Satudarah bikie gang, was charged over the theft of the digger from Windsor in June.
But he failed to appear in court on August 30 and a magistrate issued a conviction warrant for his arrest.
The case was handed to the Fugitive Team of the bikie-busting Strike Force Raptor who tracked Richardson to a property in Luddenham on Tuesday.
Police raided the property, allegedly seizing a stolen excavator, a replica firearm, knuckledusters and 5gm of “an unknown white powder”.

Richardson was charged with a string of offences including two counts of possess or use a prohibited weapon without permit, use prohibited weapon contrary to prohibition order and goods suspected stolen.
He made no application for bail and was formally denied bail in Penrith Local Court on Wednesday.
Police declared in June they would snub out any attempts by the Satudarah to establish themselves in NSW.
“Because of their reputation in Europe, we monitor them,” Criminal Groups Squad Commander, Detectives Superintendent Deb Wallace told The Daily Telegraph in June.
“They’re not very sophisticated … But every time they stick their head up, we’re cutting it off very quickly.”
Founded in the Netherlands, the club established a violent reputation in the 1990s and spread across Europe and into Asia.
