We’ve scoured the state to find the top eats across 20 categories – from pies and pizza to steaks and sushi. Vote now for your favourites.

The delicious. 100 is back this year – but not like you’ve seen it before.

In 2023 we’ve changed up the format to offer you the best 100 eats and treats across South Australia, focusing on all your favourite snacks, sweets and savouries.

From perfect pies and pizza, to sensational steaks and sushi, we’ve found the top five offerings across 20 categories.

”We’ve been on the hunt for the country’s very best, classic foods,” said delicious. editor-in-chief Krysia Bonkowski.

“Everyone wants to know where they can track down the best ramen in town, or the state’s best taco – and we think we’ve done the heavy lifting … or eating!”

The list has been composed from nominations by you – the reader, as well as local food experts and delicious. writers.

The final selections are spread across the city and suburbs, but also scattered across all corners of the state – from croissants in Port Lincoln, to pies in the Flinders Ranges, to the vanilla slice from Penola in the South East.

The state’s wine regions also make a strong showing, with Browns Barossa Donuts one place to make the top 100.

Voting opens October 20 and will close on November 3.
