Every week, it's the same old dreaded chore - wheeling the bins out to the street and then dragging them back in again.

No one looks forward to it, but thanks to a clever hack from a tradie on TikTok, this tedious task just got a little bit easier.

We're even looking forward to the next bin night just so we can try it out ourselves!

"I've been wheeling two bins my whole life until I noticed this"

Kyle Hume took to his account to share the simple yet revolutionary way to bring two bins back from the curb at the same time by linking them together.

Yep - you no longer have to try and wrangle two bins in two different hands or worse, make two separate trips.

Instead, Kyle says to line up the two bins in front of each other, rest the lid of the bin at the back inside the top of the front bin, and then close the front lid.

With this sturdy connection, he can then hold onto the front bin, tip it back and wheel them in unison.

"I've been wheeling two bins my whole life until I noticed this," he said in the caption.

"Flabbergasted"

Many Aussies took to the comments to share their shock at the simple yet effective method.

"What? Are you kidding me?" exclaimed one viewer.

"I've learned more on TikTok about adulting than I ever did in school," another joked.

"My dad is going to be flabbergasted when I show him this," a third said.

"I have four bins - this is going to save my life," a woman added.

However, not everyone was sold on the idea, with some saying it was un-Australian and others saying it downright wouldn't work.

We're Australian, and you have two hands, one for each bin. Grab, turn around, walk it [back], that's what we do," someone claimed.

"Don't you have two arms?" a different viewer asked.

"Guessing that green bin slipped over and split using this hack, lol," another suggested.

"This seems awkward and clunky," someone else concluded.
