Former elite soldier sues ABC over ‘murder’ claim

Former commando Heston Russell has begun defamation proceedings, claiming two ABC articles falsely accused him of a “callous” war crime murder.

He has a tattoo on his right upper arm of a snake wrapped around a panther and tribal style tattoos on his upper left upper arm.Anyone who has information about the whereabouts of Mr Peters is urged not to approach the man and to contact Eastern Beaches Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
