Bandidos OMCG Central West Chapter President, Shane De Britt. About 10.50am on Tuesday (14 January 2020), police and emergency services responded to reports a man had been shot at a property on Catombal Road, Eurimbla, about 50km south of Wellington. Officers attached to Orana Mid-Western Police District attended and located the body of a 60-year-old man inside the home. He had suffered a gunshot wound to the head. The man has been formally identified as Bandidos OMCG Central West Chapter President, Shane De Britt. Tributes flow for slain Bandidos bikie boss

The president of the infamous Bandidos bikie gang who was gunned down at a rural property in NSW has been described as a “lovely fellow” and family man. Police are investigating bikie activity in the area as they investigate Shane De Britt’s murder.

Rain is sweet relief for a burnt, dry country

Rain has been falling over NSW’s firegrounds, bringing sweet relief to a state ravaged by bushfires and drought. The news was welcomed by many, none more than Nick Andrews from Farmcote Station, 30km southeast of Broken Hill who shaved after 21 months of beard growth in honour of the event.
