She grew up in the Sutherland Shire and also spent three-months working for a press freedom organisation in Paris upon finishing university. A student was recruited as aÂ ârunnerâ to sell and deliver cocaine for her friend â who allegedly ran a syndicate in Sydneyâs affluent suburbs â only one month after she finished parole for supplying drugs, a court has heard. Police allege Rahab Lopez Cespedes (brown hair), 34, ran a cocaine syndicate known asÂ âEmilyâ from her San Souci apartment where she took orders from customers via encrypted apps on a central phone.
