Model Victoria Lee has channelled her best “Bond Girl” for her latest assignment.
Having taken acting classes overseas before the pandemic began, the 30-year-old drew on that experience as she shot the new campaign for swimwear brand JETS Australia.
“I was channelling Bond Girl vibes as best I could,” Lee told The Daily Telegraph.
“They represent iconic, strong powerful women and that was what I was trying to capture.”
Lee is one of our top modelling exports and has walked for the likes of Victoria’s Secret, Vivienne Westwood and Tiffany & Co.
Acting is something she explored “before the craziness happened” and she has previously stated she wants to “be a baddie” on the big or small screen.
Other Aussie models to compliment their runway and campaign work with film and television include Gemma Ward, Abbey Lee and Travis Fimmel.
“Exploring different characters would be a lot of fun,” she said, adding of how her acting training has helped with her model work.”
“It helps you develop a character, even if it is just in your own mind.
“You play that out with the team and the mood of the shoot.
“It makes it a lot more dynamic and so much more fun.”
