Tips and Ticks for success
Be Prepared – Create a Ticketek account ahead of time. If you already have one, check it is up to date. Your account must have the correct email and phone number.
Banking on it – Ensure that your bank will not block the transaction by checking spending limits. You could even go one step further and pre-authorise the purchase with your bank.
Beat the Bot – Disable all VPNs or IP-masking tools. You want Ticketek to know that you are a human and your unique IP address helps them confirm this. Apple iCloud+ users may need to disable Private Relay. To put it simply turn off anything that could trigger bot detection.
Have it Handy – Make sure your phone is prepped and primed and with you at the time of purchasing. A verification code may be sent to you or your bank may ask you to verify the purchase.
Don’t pick up the Tab – Avoid having multiple tabs open, keep it simple. Opening the ticket page more than once will cause you to lose your place in the queue.
The One and Only – Access the on sale from a single browser on one device. Using multiple browsers or devices at once may trigger bot protection and could remove you from the queue.
Lounging Around – The ticket lounge, the ticket waiting room, the ticket purgatory or whatever you want to call it, will be open an hour before sale officially opens. Make sure you are in the lounge at least 30 minutes before the tickets are up, to give you pole position in the queue. In the lounge, patrons will be subject to human verification so make sure to implement the above anti-bot steps.
Relax – Do not refresh or close your browser. The page will automatically refresh, all you need to do is sit and wait.

A dedicated support line will be available once tickets go on sale to assist fans through the form process – 1300 665 915.
How do I get my tickets?
If you have been lucky enough to pick up tickets, they will appear and will only be accessible through the Ticketek app.
