Bondi Vet’s hilarious tweet: ‘I resent the choice of name Mr and Mrs Brown made’

IT IS a bad day to be named Chris Brown, with the US rapper apparently pulling a gun on a beauty queen. The Bondi Vet did his best to save his name.

AS his namesake, bad boy rapper Chris Brown, was apparently pulling a gun on a beauty queen then getting involved in a stand-off with police, Bondi Vet Chris Brown fired off an hilarious salvo of his own on Twitter.

Dr Chris has sent the Twitterverse into gales of laughter in one succinct post about the other Chris Brown.

“It’s days like these where I really resent the choice of name Mr and Mrs Brown made all those years ago,” he wrote.

Rapper Chris Brown’s nine-hour standoff with police in Los Angeles ended when he surrendered to police about 6am.

As police waited for a search warrant, rapper Brown tossed a duffel bag containing at least one gun, other weapons and drugs from his window and shouted to cops “come and get me”, TMZ reported.

And he was less succinct than the Bondi Vet with his social media rantings, posting three online videos declaring his innocence and dismissing TV reports that he was barricaded inside.

“I don’t care. Y’all gonna stop playing with me like I’m the villain out here, like I’m going crazy,” Brown said in one Instagram video, waving a cigarette and looking at the camera.

“When you get the warrant or whatever you need to do you’re going to walk right up in here and you’re going to see nothing. You idiots.”

Bondi Vet Brown told us he too had considered an Instagram rant, but he was travelling interstate, and regrettably, hadn’t packed a hoodie which would have been vital to the video.

“Let’s just say I’m leading a slightly different day today to my namesake,” Dr Chris said.

“Rather than fighting the law today I’m trying to work with it. I’m meeting

with the Queensland state government about pet friendly policy.”

Dr Chris’ most offensive act of late has been an assault on the ears on The Project recently, during which he murdered Foreigner’s cult classic song I Want To Know What Love Is as he awkwardly serenaded The Bachelor’s Megan Marx.

He pleads guilty to that charge.

“Fair call. I’m surprised I didn’t have police on my doorstep about that one,” he said.
