HAMMER time is over. While he’s been a sight for Thor eyes since 2011, Chris Hemsworth reckons he’s done playing the Norse god.
“Contractually, right now — yeah, this is it. I’m done. I won’t be playing the character again,” the Aussie superstar told USA Today.
“It’s sort of a scary thought. This really seemed like this never-ending thing. And now it’s potentially finishing.”

But fans need not fret, Hemsworth will be seen in Avengers: Infinity War in a few months, then Avengers 4 in 2019.

The war movie also stars Hemsworth’s wife Elsa Pataky, who plays Hemsworth’s partner in the story of special forces in Afghanistan and joked that it took “seven years of rehearsals to play this part. Hope you feel the chemistry.”
