Sydney socialite wedding bonanza continues in Europe

The long stream of Sydney socialites tying the knot in Europe has continued, with a host of familiar names enjoying the warmer weather and lavish hospitality. See the photos and find out who’s next.

The Sydney socialite wedding tour of Europe has made its next stop, with a who’s who heading to Italy’s Dosso d’Avedo peninsula for the nuptials of skincare entrepreneur Michael Porter and Giorgio Armani publicist Billy Mitchell.

It follows the high profile weddings of Ingham chicken siblings Tamie and Johnny to their respective partners, Guillaume Brahimi and Rey Vakili.

Tamie and Guillaume were the first to wed, tying the knot overlooking the Eiffel Tower in Paris, with Johnny and Rey following with a lavish affair at the Four Seasons Hotel in Taormina, where the second season of The White Lotus was filmed.

Also last weekend, bikini influencer Tash Oakley wed fiance Theo Chambers in Capri.

Many of the guests have bounced from wedding to wedding and are expected to attend the nuptials of Porter and Mitchell on July 12.

Confidential can reveal former Victoria’s Secret model Bridget Malcolm is locked in as celebrant for the Lake Como wedding. Malcolm, who holds a Doctorate of Divinity, is long-time friends with Mitchell with the pair having grown up together in Perth.

Porter is the co-founder of skincare brand Skin Control.

Tamie Ingham has married celebrity chef Guillaume Brahimi in a romantic rose garden wedding at the iconic Musee Rodin in Paris.

Oakley and Chambers are set to attend, fresh from their wedding in Capri, with other guests to include Married At First Sight reality stars Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli, stylist Caroline Tran, Venroy owner Sean Venturi and Aje designer Adrian Norris.

The wedding itself will take place at the famous Villa del Balbianello, known for its elaborate terraced gardens where films including James Bond Casino Royale and Star Wars have been shot.

Byron Bay designer and influencer Olive Cooke will also attend, as will influencer Nadia Fairfax and stylist Elliot Garnaut.

Next on the European summer wedding train will be Katie Ingham, when she marries blogger partner Ali Rosenberg in Tuscany.
