She is considered one of our top commercial models, having worked for juggernaut brands such as Guess, Ark, ModelCo, We Are Handsome and Nookie, but industry experts say Natalie Roser has jeopardised her career after having joined OnlyFans.
The Sydney beauty quietly added a link to her Instagram account earlier this month, she said, as a way of further connecting with her more than 1.5 million followers.
Many of the country’s top agents say it’s a path many models are taking in a bid to earn extra cash, however it isn’t done without the threat of brand damage.
“Good modelling work is harder and harder to get these days as the market is competitive,” one model agent told Confidential.
“There’s so many girls to choose from and while there is absolutely nothing wrong with having an OnlyFans account, it does limit which brands will work with you. Successful, wholesome brands will think twice about working with an OnlyFans model.
“If you are associated with OnlyFans, you are associated with explicit nudity … even if you don’t do it yourself.”
Roser kicked off her career after being discovered at the Girlfriend modelling contest when she was just 14 years old.
Earlier this year she posed on the cover of Maxim New Zealand for the March edition of the racy magazine.
While most OnlyFans creators provide adult photos and videos to their paying subscribers, Roser recently told Confidential the site had changed in recent times.
“It is content they can’t see anywhere else,” she said. “I don’t want to catfish people into coming to this platform thinking they are going to pay to see the whole show. It is all above board, very classy and it is just the chat. I am really enjoying talking to people.”
Roser, who is married to former Home and Away actor Harley Bonner, shares various images of herself in swim costumes. Her subscription is “free”, but she charges for access to images.
“I thought it would be a really nice way to get to know people and people can then, like, tip and support me and I can tell them about my day and things that I like.”
