It is official – the Real Housewives of Sydney is back for a third season.
After much speculation as to if, and when, cameras will start rolling, Confidential can reveal production began this week.
“The ladies are back,” BINGE executive director and commissioner for the Foxtel Group Alison Hubert-Burns said. “As the cameras roll and the champagne flows, we can’t wait to follow the adventures of the Sydney housewives this season and get a sneak peek into their glamorous and eventful lives.”
Produced by Matchbox Pictures, the Real Housewives of Sydney made a triumphant return to market in 2023 after being rested following a turbulent first season in 2017.
Several new women were brought in for season two, being Kate Adams, Caroline Gaultier, Victoria Montano, Sally Obermeder and Terry Biviano.
Krissy Marsh and Nicole O’Neil were the only two returning cast members from the first season.
Exactly who will get a guernsey for season three is yet to be revealed although Bondi vet Dr Kate Adams shared an image of a gorgeous bunch of flowers to her social media and tagged Matchbox Pictures earlier in the week.
There are currently 24 international adaptations of the global hit format, including the recently announced or launched versions in Lagos, Amsterdam, Warsaw and Durban.
