Sunrise hosts take aim at Eddie’s new look

EDWINA Bartholomew’s hairstyle became a hot topic of conversation on Sunrise this morning.
David ‘Kochie’ Koch suggested she channelled Charlize Theron while Sunrise co-host Sam Armytage saw Reese Witherspoon.
Either way, Bartholomew is taking the compliments on her new look hair.

“I’m going to take that,” Bartholomew said today, showing off a fresh cut and colour.
Bartholomew’s blonde locks became the subject of back and forth banter between hosts Armytage and Kochie as she presented a segment on celebrity news.
“It is a bit Reece Witherspoonesque,” Armytage said. “We love it.”
Koch first likened the look to Demi Moore before Bartholomew jokingly pointed out she had at one point been bald.
“I think Charlize Theron then,” he said. “It looks great.”
Speaking to Confidential after the show, Bartholomew laughed at such interest in her luscious locks.
“I wish I’d kept the clippings to sell on eBay if I knew my hair would be such a big deal,” she joked. “Seriously though, it is lovely to receive a compliment because it certainly could have been a lot worse.”
Just last month Bartholomew, 34, married long time partner Neil Vercoe at the couple’s farm at Glen Alice, west of the Blue Mountains.
The much loved television presenter wore her grandmother’s wedding dress on the special day, surrounded by family and friends including Sunrise colleagues Armytage, Natalie Barr and Mark Beretta.
