Sam Frost keeps it classy as she asks fans to ‘go easy’ on broken-hearted Blake and Louise

After the humiliation of being dumped so publicly by Blake Garvey, Sam Frost might have been forgiven for revelling in news of his break-up with the woman he chose instead.

After the humiliation of being dumped so publicly by Blake Garvey, Sam Frost might have been forgiven for revelling in news of his break-up with the woman he chose instead.

But somehow the Bachelor reject has managed to stay classy and won the praise of fans on social media.

As Blake told New Idea that his relationship with Louise Pillidge was too “suffocating”, Sam asked everybody to “go easy” on the couple.

Meanwhile, things continue to run swimmingly for Frost, enjoying her job as 2 Day FM co-host and happy in her relationship with Sasha, who won Sam’s heart on The Bachelorette.

She was also looking mighty fine on a Sunday night out with friends in a cleavage-baring black top and denim daisy-dukes.

Flat mate and season one Bachelor contestant Sarah-Mae Louise Amey, was among the group that Sam dubbed the “A-Team” posting a happy snap captioned, “All the singles” but quickly following up with the hash tag “#exceptforme”.

Buddy Sarah-Mae also shared the love on Instagram, posting a sexy snap of the girls in short shorts.

But possibly the cutest part of the evening was when Sasha posted a picture of Sam, admiring her noticeable assets.

“Got sent this photo earlier today from @fro01 and thought I’d share with everyone how amazing she looked! Hair washed, finger nails matching the lipstick, splash of makeup, ‘Barry Beef’ brushed and looking pearly white, hand lifting up some hair...all the fruit!” he posted.

This follows countless pictures of the smitten pair smooching and laughing together on social media, proving Blake, who broke Sam’s heart when he proposed to her on The Bachelor but later changed his mind, is definitely a thing of the past.

While Sam enjoys relationship bliss, Blake Garvey’s in the midst of a break up with Louise Pillidge, telling New Idea that his relationship with her was “suffocating”.

According to the magazine the crumbling mismatch had struggled for months and in a last-ditch attempt, they even tried counselling.
