EMBATTLED publicist Roxy Jacenko put on a brave face as she and husband Oliver Curtis were spotted out ahead of his sentencing on Friday.
The couple have been keeping a low profile — with the exception of several ostentatious social media posts — since Curtis was found guilty by a Supreme Court jury to one count of conspiring to commit insider trading with old school friend John Hartman between May 1, 2007 and June 30, 2008.
Curtis will be sentenced on Friday, and on Monday was spotted at Bills Cafe in Bondi with his pout-lipped wife as they got into their black sports car.
Jacenko has refused to speak about her husband’s case but is understood to be standing by him.
The pair have two young children — Pixie and Hunter — whom Jacenko has promoted as social media stars.
It is alleged Curtis and Hartman traded illegally with Curtis trading shares using insider information his mate had as an equities trader working for investment management fund Orion Asset Management which invested and managed $7 billion worth of funds.
Hartman gave evidence the pair used part of the $1.4 million in profit to pay for a $3000-a-week Bondi Beach apartment for 12 months, vehicles and overseas holidays.
Last week, Jacenko celebrated her 36th birthday and shared a boastful Instagram post of a $5000-odd Cartier Juste un Clou Cartier nail-shaped ring.
