Reality star Jack ‘Deadly Ninja’ Wilson gives fans more than they bargained for

Notable Ninja Warrior favourite Jack “Deadly Ninja” Wilson has given followers perhaps a little more than they may have bargained for during a guided breathwork session online.
The carpenter turned reality star went live on Instagram at the weekend to his 28,000 followers – the catch being that he was fully naked when he did so.
Possibly not realising his full body was in frame, his full genitalia were exposed as he took off a sarong and lay it on the floor to sit down cross legged.
He then proceeded to conduct the session by a tree in backyard-like setting with a dog lying nearby.
“Welcome, welcome, welcome,” he said. “We are about to do breath of fire. Take a seat. You are breathing with Jacky Wilson today and we are doing a guided breathwork session.”
When contacted about the Instagram video, Wilson responded via email: “That is me enjoying my life breathing with my friends. Connecting naturally to the earth allowing everything to be free.”
Wilson competed on a number of seasons of Nine’s Ninja Warrior, including representing Team Australia in American Ninja Warrior: USA vs. The World.
He featured heavily with his distinctive long hair and uniform of cultural face paint and Aboriginal flag Budgy Smuggler swim briefs.
Now, his head is shaved and he has trimmed down his muscly frame.
His Instagram account is packed with videos of Wilson sharing his interest in new age and alternative medicine.
Instagram’s owner Meta was contacted for comment about the appropriateness of nude content going live on the platform.
While Meta would not comment on Wilson’s case, Instagram’s website rules state photos or videos of nudity are banned and would be removed.
Ironically, when Confidential attempted to share Wilson’s video to Instagram, with his privates blurred of course, a warning message was issued.
The Australian eSafety Commission has also been contacted for comment.
Wilson previously made headlines in October 2022 when he espoused alternative urine therapy as he hollowed out a pawpaw and told his followers he would show them “how to put the most powerful healing energy antidote into it, and then consume it to heal anything in the body”.
“PISS IS BLISS,” he captioned the video, a warning sign of what was to follow.
Urinating into the hollow fruit, he referred to his urine as “the fountain of youth … the golden elixir” before drinking the substance and snorting some up his nose and using it to wash his face and hair.
In another video titled “Vacuum stomach”, he sits cross-legged on a bed and dramatically sucks in his stomach muscles, telling his followers it helps to “stabilise the spine and prevent excessive loading that can cause injury and pain.
“Strengthening inner core. Stimulating organs. removing toxins … Strengthening overall health.”
