A royal family that jogs together stays together.
Crown Princess Mary has wasted no time getting back into the Aussie lifestyle after touching down in Sydney before Christmas.
The Tasmanian-born royal was spotted whipping her family into shape this morning, with her husband Crown Prince Frederik lagging behind her, and their 11-year-old son Prince Vincent on a jog.
The 50-year-old dressed in a grey Lululemon tank, navy leggings, and an Under Armour cap for the workout.
It is the first time in five years that Mary, her husband, and their children Christian, 17, Isabella, 15, and 11-year-old twins Josephine and Vincent, have come to Australia together.
The visit this time is a private trip, meaning she is not in Australia in any official capacity.
Mary has been spotted around Bondi in recent days.
On Monday, she was seen shopping and walking at Bondi Beach with close friend Amber Petty, but is expected to return to Tasmania in time for Christmas Day.
It is believed the family will stay at Government House in Tasmania, where they resided during their last visit.
A statement from the royal household read: “In December, the Crown Prince’s family will travel on a private Christmas holiday in Australia to celebrate the holiday with HRH the Crown Princess’s family.
“It has been five years since the Crown Prince coupled together with their four children last visited the Crown Princess’s homeland.”
This trip to Australia marks the Danish royal family’s first official visit Down Under since 2013, although Mary made a ‘secret’ trip to Melbourne in 2021 for her 50th birthday.
