Only Fans model Paris Ow-Yang adds to her ever-growing property empire

Paris Ow-Yang has shrugged being filmed riding in a car without a seatbelt and told Confidential to focus on her ever-growing real estate portfolio instead.

Days after she was spotted driving without a seatbelt on, Only Fans model Paris Ow-Yang has apparently purchased yet another multimillion-dollar property.

Last weekend, Sunday Confidential revealed the 19-year-old OnlyFans millionaire Ow-Yang had been filmed riding in a moving vehicle without a seatbelt.

However it turns out the influencer, who is currently serving a two-year Community Corrections Order over a string of offences, thinks we should be focusing on her burgeoning real estate portfolio instead of her dangerous antics.

Ow-Yang texted Confidential this week to say: “I have an over 15 million dollar property portfolio.”

“While you’re busy writing about me not wearing a seatbelt, I’m buying 7.5 million properties. 7.5 million baby.”

The home Ow-Yang is said to have bought is 1-6/216 Alison Road, Randwick.

Other properties listed under the ownership of Ow-Yang Property Pty Ltd include a block of units in Randwick which she purchased for $4.3 million, a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom home at Bondi Beach, and a four-bedroom estate in Bowral.

Ow-Yang has been raking in millions via online subscriptions platform Only Fans, earning her a spot in its top 0.02 per cent of global creators – a feat she says has allowed her to invest heavily in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

She has previously told Confidential that Only Fans has given her “financial freedom”.

“For me, it’s been an incredible journey which has allowed me financial freedom and control over my career,” she previously said.

“I’ve been able to create an empire for myself, on my own terms, and I’m extremely proud investing in numerous properties around the eastern suburbs.”

In October 2023, Ow-Yang was charged with high-range drink-driving after crashing her $50,000 black Mercedes into another vehicle in Point Piper, blowing more than four times the legal alcohol limit for a P-plater.

At the time, she was issued with a nine-month driving ban, forced to install an alcohol interlock device in her car for two years, and handed a two-year Community Corrections Order.

Then in December last year, she made headlines again after she was charged with assault and stalking following a terrifying domestic violence incident at the family’s Double Bay apartment.

Ow-Yang pleaded guilty to assault, stalking, and property damage, with a magistrate ordering her to abstain from alcohol for 15 months and comply with mental health treatment.
