She’s in the midst of a two-year community corrections order, however that didn’t stop Only Fans model Paris Ow-Yang from riding in a car seemingly without a seatbelt this week.

The teen model was featured in an Instagram video this week, sitting in a two-seater convertible alongside two other women.

The driver can be seen with a seatbelt across her shoulder but no seatbelt is visible for Ow-Yang or the other passenger.

It was captioned: “illegal Tuesday.”

Sunday Confidential approached Ow-Yang to ask her about the provocative post however, despite seeing the message, she did not respond.

It is just the latest in a long list of controversies for Ow-Yang, who in October 2023 was charged with high range drink driving after allegedly crashing her Mercedes into a van in Point Piper.

She was sentenced to a two-year Community Corrections Order, a nine-month driving disqualification, and the mandatory installation of a 24-month interlock.

She then made headlines again in December last year after being charged with assault and stalking.

She was initially slapped with an apprehended violence order prohibiting her going near or contacting two people known to her, before police charged her.

Under the AVO, Ow-Yang was banned from going near two relatives within 12 hours of drinking alcohol or taking illicit drugs.

Ow-Yang pleaded guilty at the time and the magistrate sentenced her to a conditional release order without convictions, which includes an undertaking to undergo treatment and not touch alcohol for 15 months.

The magistrate also imposed a two-year AVO protecting the victim.

Lawyer Michael Bowe had argued his client’s problems with anxiety and depression stemmed from the breakdown of her parent’s marriage.

While Ow-Yang has been in trouble with the law in recent years, her racy work for Only Fans has undoubtedly been proving successful, with the 19-year-old expanding her success into an impressive property empire.

Ow-Yang has previously told this column she has raked in millions via the online subscriptions platform, with the model even sharing a snapshot of her bank balance and providing proof she has earned a spot in OnlyFans’ top 0.02 percent of global creators.

“For me, it’s been an incredible journey which has allowed me financial freedom and control over my career,” the young entrepreneur told Sydney Confidential.

“I’ve been able to create an empire for myself, on my own terms, and I’m extremely proud of investing in numerous properties around the eastern suburbs.”
