HOLLYWOOD darling Naomi Wattshas chalked up her success to the hard work she learnt in her homeland.
“Drama school, the good work ethic that I was trained in Australia.
“I take it seriously … but I also know how to have fun,” the Mulholland Drive star said.
“You want these stories to mean something to people. So you put your blood, sweat and tears into it,” the recently separated mother of two added.
Watts, who is doing the PR rounds for the new Twin Peaks series, said she didn’t have the answer to why Australia consistently produces such reputable acting talent.
“I don’t know the answer to that question,” Watts said.
“They take their work really seriously and there are great drama schools.
“But it’s been really great to see all this great Australian talent and directors.”
