WAG Nadia Bartel has skipped Melbourne for Sydney and has been seen out on the town for the first time since the white powder scandal.

Nadia Bartel: fallout from the white powder video continues

Model WAG Nadia Bartel has hit the town for the first time since she was publicly ousted for snorting a white powder and breaking lockdown laws.

The ex-wife of AFL player Jimmy Bartel was spotted at Justin Hemmes’ Coogee hot spot, Mimi’s on Saturday afternoon, dining with friends.

The mother-of-two’s recent indiscretion seemed like a distant memory for the influencer, who sat in a corner booth drinking and dining with her guests at the celebrity haunt.

For one brief moment, the 36-year-old footy WAG was seen resting her arm on one of her guests legs suggesting she may have a new partner.

Bartel was caught on camera snorting a line of white powder at an illegal gathering during Melbourne’s hard Covid lockdown period in September.

Nadia’s glamorous life began to unravel when a three-second clip was “accidentally” posted to Instagram Stories by friend and business partner Ellie Pearson.

In a clip accidentally posted to Instagram she could be seen “snorting” a white substance from a grey plate, said to be a $3 design from budget superstore Kmart.

She has been laying low since the scandal, however perhaps thought she would go unnoticed in Sydney, where she isn’t as well known.

While Bartel was never charged with any drug offences, it caused damage to her brand and she was let go by many of her endorsers.

Just 24 hours after the video leaked, Bartel issued an apology on Instagram, where she has 567,000 followers.

“Hi everyone, I have let you all down by my actions,” she wrote on September 3.

“I take full responsibility and I am committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure I make better choices in future.

“To my family and friends, my business partners and the public health workers trying to keep us all safe, I am embarrassed and remorseful.

“I am truly and deeply sorry. I hope I can earn your forgiveness and, in time, your trust.”
