THE Bachelorette’s Sam Frost has slammed rumours she has moved on with a new beau just weeks after splitting from long-term boyfriend Sasha Mielczarek.
Pictures appeared in NW magazine of a steamy hook up between Frost, 27, and spunky Bondi boy Dave Bashford on Australia Day.
But Frost’s management has denied any relationship between the pair, saying they are “just friends”.
The reality TV star fell in love with Mielczarek on The Bachelorette and were together for 18 months.
NW reported Frost and Bashford could barely keep their hands off each other and their relationship was moving quickly.
Reportedly from the NSW town of Milton, Bashford has striking similarities to Mielczarek, with both men appearing to have tall, dark and handsome features.
It has been a tough month for Frost following her public breakup with Mielczarek at the end of last year and then a devastating career blow when she and co-host Rove McManus were bumped from their 2Day FM breakfast slot to an evening show.
In a worrying post to Instagram Frost told followers she was destined to end up marrying a dog.
“Everyone act surprised in ten years’ time when they do one of those ‘Where are they now?’ articles and I end up being a weirdo that marries their dog, living in a bunker with an aluminium foil hat paranoid the world is going to end,” she wrote.
A friend of Frost’s reportedly told NW that after a rocky few months Frost has found happiness and companionship with Bashford.
“Sam’s always been a fairly private person and the scrutiny over recent months has been hard for her at times. It’s nice she’s got someone to lean on. She’s smitten.”
