Radio hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson kicked off the King’s Birthday weekend in style by showing up to support their mate Russell Crowe at his Indoor Garden Party gig.
They were also celebrating Sandilands’ 52nd birthday on Saturday night at University of Sydney’s The Manning Bar in Camperdown.
Henderson, 48, wore a yellow sundress, strappy heels, and carried a denim jacket over her arm.
Last week, co-host Sandilands attributed the duo’s highest-ever ratings in their careers spanning more than three decades to her weight loss.
“Jackie is hot. I thank you for losing all that blubber and assisting the ratings to spike again,” Sandilands said on air.
Henderson recently revealed she had lost 12kg through weight loss program, WW.
“I did it for the team guys,” she said.
There was no shortage of famous faces in their entourage, with nightclub identity and Sandilands’ best mate John Ibrahim also in attendance, and superstar singer Rita Ora taking to the stage as a surprise support act.
Ora sung a cover of Amy Winehouse’s Valerie in a stunning red dress, although she was not listed on the line-up for the show, which also included Myth of Her, Lorraine O’Reilly and Janet Devlin.
It’s been a big weekend for Ora, who also launched her much anticipated album You & I with an intimate party at Justin Hemmes venue, J&M, on Thursday night.
Until January this year, with two concerts in his home town of Coffs Harbour, Crowe had not performed music in Australia since 2014.
Henderson was snapped wrapping Sandilands in a tight hug, before embracing his new wife Tegan Kynaston, who wore tight blue jeans, a top with a plunging neckline, and red coat.
Sandilands meanwhile, appeared to be in the same clothes he wore to breakfast that morning with his partner and their 10-month-old son Otto.
