Model dad Kris Smith admits he still struggles with body confidence issues at 40.

“I think we all struggle with something at a certain point, and mine is, I have a lot of body issues — I’ve never felt good enough,” Smith told Confidential.

“I’ve struggled with that for a long, long time but I’m getting so much better now. The older I get, the more I’ve accepted myself, but it’s not been easy.”

Describing the show, Smith said: “It’s me and the three guys and we’re going to go to various spots around the globe in order to partake in some crazy, wacky, strange things and raise awareness of three very, very important causes — mental health, heart disease and bowel cancer.

“There’s an affiliation with all of us that are doing the trip and the TV show, we have a story of our own to a certain degree where this has affected us or affected friends and family.

“It’s as crazy and silly as it could possibly sound, but there’s also a serious element to it and there will be a lot of heart strings pulled too.”

Also becoming a dad for the second time just 10 weeks ago, Smith described the birth of his daughter, Mila, as a “fresh feeling”.

“It’s been an incredible journey so far, it’s an absolute blessing,” he said.

When pressed on whether a marriage proposal to his partner and mother of his new baby, Sarah Boulazeris, is on the cards, Smith teased with “maybe”.

‘You can’t give them everything, that’s not right,” he joked.
