COULD it be love all between Bachelor finalist Olena Khamula and convicted match fixer Nick Lindahl?
Photos have surfaced of the duo frolicking at a beach near Sans Souci last week — despite Khamula remaining a contender in the race to Richie Strahan’s heart, the finale of which will air on Thursday.
The Ukrainian-born make-up artist yesterday defended the photos of her with the disgraced former tennis player, saying that Lindahl was “like a brother” to her.
“Nothing has ever happened between us, we’re not in a relationship. We are just friends. He’s actually training my sister (Julia), he’s a tennis trainer,” she told The Daily Telegraph.
“He’s been training her since a very young age, and he’s been coming over to my place for dinner every single day for about three years now. We’re like brother and sister, we’re super close,” said the 22-year-old.

A former professional tennis player, Lindahl earlier this year became one of the first convicted under new legislation aimed at match-fixing. He was found guilty of using corrupt conduct information in 2013, but avoided jail time and was fined $1,000 in Burwood Local Court.
Khamula is one of three final females in the running to secure Strahan’s affections, alongside Melbourne single mum Alex Nation and Perth real estate agent Nikki Grogan.
While the Western Sydneysider has been criticised for her less-than-overt affections for the ropes access technician, Khamula maintains that she’s just protecting her own heart.
“I was really trying to figure out what feelings he had for me. Nobody wants to be rejected on national television, so I really wanted to make sure that he’s the one for me and I’m the one for him. I didn’t say I love you, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have feeling for him,” she confessed.
