Married At First Sight bride Tahnee Cook has called out former groom Harrison Boon’s “gross” rant about his single female co-stars, whom he’s dubbed “The Unmarryables”.

The New South Wales builder, who featured on season 10 of MAFS Australia, on Tuesday mocked numerous MAFS brides who are single after recent break ups.

“Being on MAFS was an intense experience for everyone and even immensely harder for those who put their hearts on the line to have it broken so publicly in front of the world,” Cook captioned a post made to her 218,000 Instagram followers.

“I love these girls so much and I won’t allow them to be spoken about in such a gross tone.”

“He didn’t specifically target me, but being single as well, I took it personally for all the girls,” Cook told The Daily Telegraph.

“He’s bullying these women who haven’t seen him in over a year.”

Harrison, 33 shared screenshots of 2023 MAFS brides Lyndall Grace, Sandy Jawanda, and Alyssa Barmonde to his Instagram Stories.

Perth-based Grace shared the news that she’d split from her boyfriend of five months on social media on Tuesday.

“Sucks for you Lyndall,” Boon captioned a screen grab of her post. “At least you haven’t embarrassed yourself by saying over and over again how much better he was than Cam.”

“Now you can join the rest of the unmarryables on Hinge,” he continued, adding a photo of Barmonde’s dating app profile.

The single mother from the Northern Beaches has been the target of fierce online harassment since 2023. “It’s terrifying that we’ve given Australia’s Andrew Tate such a public platform,” Barmonde said.

Boon also shared a screenshot of his ex-wife Bronte Schofield’s Hinge profile: “Imagine getting international coverage and still ending up alone a year later,” he wrote.

“You ladies might have avoided accountability on MAFS but karma is a b—,” Boon continued. “The market ain’t buying what you’re selling and you’re running out of time … Best of luck though. You can always adopt a dog?”

He went on to infer that women aged 27 to 35 are in the “danger zone” of being “unmarryable”, posting a screengrab of a definition from an unsourced website that said “sexual value” peaks between the ages of 18 and 24.

According to Boon, media personality Abbie Chatfield also belongs in his self-made category.

“Anyone that shares these same views is a misogynistic pig and you should run as far away as you can,” Cook captioned her lengthy post. “The sentiment that woman are no value to men when they hit a certain age it’s just disgusting.”

All of the targeted brides, and others from the season commented their support and thanked Cooked for speaking up.

“I’ve not seen a single man from my season, from any season, speak up in defence of the women. Not even my ex-boyfriend,” she told The Daily Telegraph.

“A lot of these MAFS guys are friends with him, they share the same beliefs. They’re just not as vocal about it.”

“That is the concern I have with who the producers are casting. Because these are not good guys. There’s a reason why none of us are with the guys we were matched with,” she said.

Cook and Ollie Skelton broke up in December, after 16 months together following the series.

“It’s not good enough because men like Harrison will not listen to women, they will only listen to other men,” the Sydney-based publicist said.

Boon has befriended Jack Dunkley and Tori Adams, the most loathed couple from the current season of MAFS — which will conclude with reunion episodes from Sunday.

Dunkley infamously told another groom to “muzzle his woman” during a heated argument, prompting expert John Aitken to “ask the men, why did you generally stay silent after that comment?”
