“Anything I can do to support this I will do,” the 33-year-old told Confidential.

“I’ve had massive wake up calls. I used to be so blase about my own health and then when my sister had bowel cancer at 27, it made me realise we are not bullet proof. I check my breasts regularly. I am diligent with sun screen. I don’t smoke. Anything I can do that will look after my health, I do. I am not perfect, I love wine and chocolate but I’m getting there.”
