Fight breaks out on Love Island

Reality TV contestant Eden Dally has given a brutally honest account of what it takes to make it on to Love Island.

“Be confident very up your self and just a dead set cocky weirdo.”

That was Dally’s response when answering questions from followers on Instagram when one asked what to expect when auditioning for the reality dating show.

Big Brother-style Love Island sees a group of good looking single men and women sent to an island location — last year it was Majorca in Spain and this year it will be Fiji.

Couples have to pair up to make it through each week.

Dally placed second on the first Australian season with then girlfriend Erin Barnett but the pair broke up spectacularly and messily post show.

Dally, who is now dating Married At First Sight contestant Cyrell Paule in what some have claimed is a publicity stunt, took a swipe at his ex when asked if he still loved Barnett and called out his fellow Love Island contestants for being fake.

“Don't trust people that you spent 6 weeks in a bubble with once the show is over and done with that’s when you will see their true colours come out,” he said when asked what he learnt most from being on the show.

Dally recently competed in Mr World Australia and will represent the country in the Philippines this month. He told fans he would happily appear on another reality show.

“I had one of the best times of my life,” he wrote. “But make sure you can handle trolls and the horrible things people say behind their phones! People claim they hate reality TV but they go to the extent to make some negative comment no matter what we do.”
