JESINTA and Buddy Franklin have stepped out as husband and wife for the first time.
The happy couple attended News Corp’s Pride of Australia awards in Sydney yesterday.
Introduced as Jesinta Campbell, the newlywed model had a quick riposte for MC Sandra Sully at the award ceremony.
“I’m now very proudly Jesinta Franklin,” said the model who married Sydney Swans superstar Lance Buddy Franklin in November.
The pair got hitched in super secret nuptials in the Blue Mountains, and enjoyed a very low-key honeymoon on the Gold Coast.
“I’m fresh off the plane from our honeymoon but it’s great to be here celebrating these special Australians, we’re chuffed we are involved, it’s such an honour,” she said.
The David Jones ambassador started dating the Sydney Swans player back in 2013 and have become one of the country’s most talked about couples in their three years of dating.
